[5-2] rename to "Social Democracy" — singular is unwieldy

Everywhere else we use the noun form ("Anarcho-Capitalism", "Minarchism"). "Social Democrat" is the only adjective-as-name in the grid. Small thing but noticeable.

Big yes. The other inconsistency: "Conservative" is also adjective-as-noun. Could rename to "Conservatism" for symmetry.
