The Idea

What Labour Liberal actually means.

Labour Liberalism merges social democracy with liberal democracy, promoting worker protections and welfare within a capitalist framework.

The British Labour Party under Clement Attlee (Post-WWII) exemplifies Labour Liberalism. It nationalized key industries, expanded the welfare state, and implemented progressive taxation, while maintaining democratic governance and multiparty elections.
