The Idea

What Council Communist actually means.

Anton Pannekoek was a key theorist of Council Communism, advocating for worker-led self-management instead of a vanguard party. He rejected both Leninist centralism and parliamentary socialism, emphasizing workplace democracy and collective decision-making through councils.
